What gets deleted
- Your account and profile information (e.g., user ID, email, phone number you provided)
- In-game data associated with your account
- Attribution and event data linked to your device, where applicable
What may be retained
- Data we are required to keep by law (e.g., financial/transaction records), retained for the legally required period and then deleted.
- Aggregated or anonymized data that can no longer identify you.
How long it takes
We process verified deletion requests within 30 days. We may contact you to verify your identity before deleting.
